Connor Gibson

Connor Gibson is the Project Lead for Ali’i Honey and an advisor to Asini Fishing, bringing a strong blend of practical experience, leadership, and dedication to both initiatives.

Holding a skipper’s ticket and with many years of hands-on experience in the fishing industry, Connor contributes valuable maritime knowledge to the development of sustainable fishing operations in Samoa.

Alongside his fishing background, Connor has extensive expertise in apiculture and has played a central role in designing and leading the Ali’i Honey programme. His work has been instrumental in establishing the foundations for hive development, bee health, and scalable honey production.

As a husband and father, Connor is grounded in strong family values and is a trusted and respected member of the wider team. His commitment, work ethic, and practical skillset make him a key contributor to the success of both initiatives.
